Process safety is a separate discipline from general workplace safety. It deals with the hazards built into a process itself — what is being handled, at what pressure and temperature, and what happens when a control fails — rather than with slips, trips and personal protective equipment.
The studies below are structured techniques for finding those hazards before an incident does, and each produces a record of what was examined and what was decided, which is as much the point as the findings themselves.

Common questions
Which hazard study do we need?
It depends on what you are trying to establish and how far the design has progressed. Our scope covers HAZID, HIRA, HAZOP, FMEA, RMP, ETA, FTA and HRA; describe the process and its stage and we will say which applies and why.
Do you cover fire safety and radiation protection too?
Yes. Fire and explosion analysis, fire certificates and the design of protection systems and plans are in scope, as are radiation protection and safety and human factors engineering.
Can the work be commissioned in phases?
Yes. We break an engagement into phases that fit your budget rather than presenting a single figure to accept or decline. You can commission a study, act on it, and come back for the next stage.
Do you work outside Takoradi?
Yes. We are based in Takoradi in the Western Region and work with start-ups, small and medium enterprises and established operators across Ghana.
